We are here for you, our clients or our future clients. We will answer your questions and we can help you with things around our themes, sometimes including things with Shopify settings. We are using Shopify platform for years and we know something about that. We don't know everything, but we can point you in right direction in most times.

What support I get when I buy theme?

Support, updates and theme. Our themes are not cheapest ones, but we will do our best for making them to fit your needs. We are open to new ideas and in most cases we are open to slightly modify theme code for our customers. With theme you can ask us for help with initial theme setup and we can code some minor adjustments for your needs in theme price. Larger modifications must be discussed and they will be probably offered for another payment. If you think, that you will run into this, please, contact us and we can disccuss this before you buy theme.

How fast I get support?

We are usually answering under 24 hours in working days, but generaly we have 48 hours range defined. (If we have a delay, please, be patient and try to send us another request. Also today some emails don't find their targets as they should.)

Updates?

Themes get updates. Sometimes more frequently sometimes not so much. We are constatly working on our themes, doing them better, faster or in more languages. We also including new Shopify features and making them up to date to Shopify theme requirments. You can find more about updates on link below.
